Lead technical engagement, certification, and integration projects for vendors and merchants connecting to Fiserv's Canadian payment platforms. Oversee certification for Interac, Visa, Mastercard and proprietary APIs across in‑store, eCommerce, mobile and emerging channels; provide solution design, manage migrations and resources, collaborate cross‑functionally, develop tooling and documentation, and escalate complex integration issues.

Manage retention-focused client interactions to resolve account concerns, billing questions, service issues, and cancellation requests. Investigate and document client issues, coordinate resolutions with internal teams, review account activity to support renewal/save efforts, process account updates, escalate high-risk matters, and identify process improvement opportunities.

Support day-to-day production operations by improving process efficiency, maintaining quality standards, collaborating with the production team, meeting client expectations, and identifying opportunities to streamline tasks. May include handling POS units, basic electronics troubleshooting, shipping tasks, forklift use, and working overtime as needed.

The Business Development Manager will drive revenue by acquiring new merchant customers for Clover, managing the sales cycle, and delivering product demonstrations.

Drive revenue by cross-selling Clover Capital financing to existing merchants via inbound/outbound consultative sales. Manage full sales cycle, qualify leads, negotiate terms, maintain CRM records, meet monthly and annual targets, and build referral partner relationships.

Sell Clover point-of-sale and SaaS solutions to merchants by converting inbound leads and prospecting, delivering demos, negotiating contracts, maintaining CRM pipeline and forecasts, and coordinating with onboarding teams to ensure smooth client adoption and revenue growth.
