Support Clover client onboarding by activating devices, installing hardware, configuring accounts and business settings, troubleshooting setup issues, documenting progress in CRM, escalating to internal teams, and providing follow-up training to drive early platform adoption.

Designs and runs a quality assurance program for Canada Operations, evaluating calls, emails, cases, and workflows. Analyzes trends, creates dashboards and scorecards, supports coaching and training alignment, ensures compliance with policies, and partners with leaders to improve consistency, accuracy, and customer outcomes.

Manage and support national enterprise accounts alongside Relationship Managers: resolve complex client issues, drive retention and upsell, analyze client data, coordinate internal teams, track KPIs, and maintain accurate CRM/eCRM records to protect and grow revenue.
