Support day-to-day production operations by improving process efficiency, maintaining quality standards, collaborating with the production team, meeting client expectations, and identifying opportunities to streamline tasks. May include handling POS units, basic electronics troubleshooting, shipping tasks, forklift use, and working overtime as needed.

The Business Development Manager will drive revenue by acquiring new merchant customers for Clover, managing the sales cycle, and delivering product demonstrations.

Sell Clover point-of-sale and SaaS solutions by converting inbound opportunities into new merchant clients. Conduct consultative discovery, deliver product demos, negotiate contracts, manage pipeline and quotas using CRM, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client experience.
