The Business Development Manager will drive revenue by acquiring new merchant customers for Clover, managing the sales cycle, and delivering product demonstrations.

Supports ISO partner residual invoicing, billing validation, reconciliation, variance investigation, and issue resolution. Monitors workflows and service levels, responds to partner billing inquiries, maintains audit-ready records, and coordinates with Finance, Operations, Sales Support, Client Services, and Partner Support. The role also identifies recurring billing issues and process improvement opportunities to improve accuracy, controls, and operational efficiency.

Lead and manage a team of ~10 inside sales reps to drive pipeline, revenue, and performance. Hire, coach, forecast, manage CRM/opportunities, run pipeline reviews, partner cross-functionally, and ensure sales KPIs and reporting accuracy to meet growth objectives.
