Support Clover client onboarding by activating devices, installing hardware, configuring accounts and business settings, troubleshooting setup issues, documenting progress in CRM, escalating to internal teams, and providing follow-up training to drive early platform adoption.

The Business Development Manager will drive revenue by acquiring new merchant customers for Clover, managing the sales cycle, and delivering product demonstrations.

Support and improve production processes to meet client expectations. Maintain quality, collaborate with the production team, identify and implement process improvements, and perform tasks such as POS unit handling, basic electronics troubleshooting, and shipping. Responsibilities may include overtime and equipment operation.
