Leads strategic enterprise relationship management for high-value payments clients, overseeing relationship managers and retention, renewal, expansion, and profitability outcomes. Serves as an executive advisor, develops account plans and commercial proposals, negotiates enterprise contracts, coordinates cross-functional delivery, identifies growth opportunities, and uses performance reporting to address service gaps and mitigate risk. The role also mentors teams and requires approximately 10% travel.

Manage national enterprise accounts, resolve complex client issues, drive retention and upsell revenue, analyze client data to inform account strategies, coordinate internal teams to meet SLAs, and maintain accurate CRM and KPI records.

Drive revenue by cross-selling Clover Capital financing to existing merchants via inbound/outbound consultative sales. Manage full sales cycle, qualify leads, negotiate terms, maintain CRM records, meet monthly and annual targets, and build referral partner relationships.
