Where Your Work Moves the Needle.

At Pebl, every team member drives our success. Joining us means more than filling a role—you’re accountable for results and impact. Our values guide how we operate, execute, and collaborate across borders. By putting them into action, you’ll help us scale faster, compete harder, and lead the future of global work.

What you'll work on

Alfie is Pebl's proprietary conversational AI — built in-house and live across our product, our self-serve flow, and hellopebl.com. Alfie doesn't just answer questions; it takes action, surfaces insights, and guides users toward what they actually need. It's one of the most visible parts of our product and a direct factor in how we win enterprise deals.

This summer, you'll work directly with the Principal PM leading Conversational AI on some of the most interesting open questions we have: how should Alfie behave in different contexts? What does a great AI conversation actually look like for our users? Where is Alfie falling short, and what would it take to close that gap? Your work will ship on a live product and feed strategic recommendations that go to executive leadership.

In parallel, you'll contribute to Athena, Pebl's internal employee AI, on similar discovery and definition work.

This is a 12 week internship.

What you'll own

The exact scope will be shaped by where the biggest opportunities are when you start, but expect a mix of:

  • Analyzing real Alfie conversation data to understand how users engage, where they drop off, and what they actually need

  • Optimizing how Alfie behaves in specific contexts — its persona, conversation flow, and how it guides users toward the right next action.

  • Researching how the best conversational AI products are built and what Pebl can learn from them

  • Defining use cases, success metrics, and requirements that engineering can build toward

  • Contributing to Athena discovery — user research, use case mapping, and requirements definition on our employee-facing AI

What we're looking for

You're curious about AI, comfortable with ambiguity, and know how to turn messy inputs into a clear point of view. You ask good questions before jumping to answers, and you write in a way that makes decisions easier, not harder.

Specifically:

  • 1–3 years of product, strategy, or related experience (pre-MBA counts)

  • Exposure to B2B SaaS, AI products, or sales/marketing funnels is a plus

  • Strong written communication — your primary output is documents that drive decisions

  • Hands-on with AI tools — you build with them, not just use them

Pebl is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

We power global teams and believe diverse perspectives drive innovation and impact. Employment decisions at Pebl are based on qualifications, merit, and business needs. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, or gender identity), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other status protected by applicable law. We’re committed to fostering an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive and do the best work of their career—anywhere in the world.
