Serve as primary client contact through onboarding from contract signature to employee onboarding across countries. Lead onboarding sessions, advise on country rollout and global hiring, support benefits benchmarking, enable platform use, track progress, communicate risks, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements for scalable, high-quality onboarding.

Lead the architecture and development of scalable systems, collaborate with teams to deliver features, and mentor engineers in a growth-focused role.

Design, implement, and maintain analytics data pipelines and warehouse models using SQL, Python, dbt, Airflow, and AWS. Support data governance, PII handling, CI/CD, and data quality. Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams, participate in code reviews, and improve data engineering practices across the organization.

Lead data strategy, manage data infrastructure, integrate AI capabilities, drive business insights, and foster a high-performing data team.

Lead design and build of frontend-first full-stack features for a conversational AI assistant. Apply hands-on LLM and agentic system experience (prompt design, tool/function calling, multi-step reasoning), prototype novel AI-driven UX patterns, maintain frontend and backend components (TypeScript/React), mentor engineers, contribute to design/code reviews, and troubleshoot AI-specific production failures.
