Lead frontend-focused development of Pebl's conversational AI assistant, designing and building UX for streaming responses, agentic workflows, prompt/tool integrations, and resilient failure recovery. Own frontend and supporting backend contracts, mentor engineers, prototype new interaction patterns, and troubleshoot production AI-specific issues.

Build and maintain automated API test suites (primarily using Karate) to validate REST services, collaborate with backend engineers to define testable APIs, improve CI/CD testing pipelines and QA processes, validate end-to-end API behavior and integrations, participate in reviews, and mentor junior QA engineers.

Serve as primary client contact through onboarding from contract signature to employee onboarding across countries. Lead onboarding sessions, advise on country rollout and global hiring, support benefits benchmarking, enable platform use, track progress, communicate risks, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements for scalable, high-quality onboarding.
