The Partner Marketing Manager is an experienced individual contributor responsible for owning end‑to‑end co‑marketing planning and execution for an assigned partner portfolio, driving measurable acquisition and growth outcomes. Working closely with partner counterparts and internal stakeholders, this role leverages Moneris’ brand, product portfolio, and performance insights to influence both partner‑led and customer‑led acquisition strategies.
This role plays a critical part in delivering Marketing KPIs and broader growth objectives. It requires strong judgment across strategy development, campaign execution, performance optimization, and partner relationship management. The Partner Marketing Manager leads marketing engagement with complex, high‑visibility partnerships across a diverse ecosystem, including financial institutions and card brands, adapting approaches based on partner scale, maturity, and opportunity.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Partner Marketing, this role balances strategic planning with hands‑on delivery. Success depends on managing sophisticated partner relationships, collaborating effectively across functions, and applying a deep understanding of customer acquisition journeys to deliver results‑driven co‑marketing programs.
Location: You will be based in our Etobicoke office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
Reporting Relationship: You will report to Senior Manager, Partner Marketing.

Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is $95,000-$124,000.
Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components, including but not limited to bonuses and commissions. Individual job offers are determined by various factors, including experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
Your Moneris Career - What you'll do
Lead and own end‑to‑end partner marketing planning and execution for assigned financial institution and card brand partners, translating joint business objectives into co‑marketing initiatives that drive growth across sales and digital enablement channels.
Serve as the primary marketing lead for assigned partners, exercising sound judgment in managing complex relationships, including identifying when risks, trade‑offs, or opportunities should be escalated to senior stakeholders.
Drive the development, execution, measurement, and optimization of high‑visibility co‑marketing campaigns from concept through delivery.
Manage partner campaign incentives and rebates, ensuring accurate tracking, validation, and payout in alignment with program requirements and internal governance.
Establish and maintain campaign‑ and partnership‑level reporting, using performance insights to inform optimization, planning, and investment decisions.
Collaborate with cross‑functional partners including Product Marketing, Brand, Lifecycle, Digital, Analytics, Sales, Legal, and Operations to ensure initiatives are aligned, executable, and effective.

Required skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Marketing.
Equivalent work experience may be considered.
5+ years of experience in partnerships and/or partner marketing.
Demonstrated expertise in partner marketing strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple marketing channels and partner types.
Experience creating performance‑driven content that supports customer acquisition journeys.
Experience designing and operating scalable marketing programs using standardized processes, templates, and tools to improve efficiency, consistency, and speed.
Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights and apply data‑driven decision‑making to optimize performance.
Working knowledge of key performance indicators across lead generation, cross‑sell and upsell, retention, and operational effectiveness, including metrics such as open and click rates, leads, opportunities, closed‑won outcomes, product adoption, average order value growth, attrition, customer lifetime value, and delivery impact.
Experience that would set you apart
Previous fintech or payments industry experience.
Bilingualism in French (reading, writing, and verbal).
