Your role at Clorox:

As a member of the Canadian sales’ organization, the Senior Customer Manager – Amazon/OMNI, will have a significant impact on the business in several key areas:
1) Amazon account management, with direct accountability for the Brita and Home Care businesses
2) Amazon Team Lead, with one Direct report
3) OMNI Leadership for the Canadian Sales Teams

In this role, you will:

As a key member of the sales team, this role also plays a pivotal role to help us achieve our ambition of being “Leaders in Value Creation”.  This is achieved by being masters in the following 3 areas: 

Impactful Story Tellers 

  • Utilize insights to drive and grow categories and Clorox brands 

  • Focus on the fundamentals 

  • Engage in the customers agenda to unlock aligned opportunities 

Negotiate with a Holistic Investment Approach 

  • Utilize and continually develop strong business and financial acumen 

  • Know our worth and get value for the investment 

  • Negotiate with a holistic mindset (one pot of money) 

Act with Speed & Agility 

  • Possess a general managers mindset => leverage organizational resources to respond quickly – empowered and accountable. 

  • Operate with flexibility within the framework of operating principles/standards 

 

What we look for:

  • Minimum 3-5 years preferred in CPG sales 

  • Experience working with Amazon is an asset  

  • Experience in other eCommerce accounts is an asset 

    • Fundamental understanding of forecasting and trade spend management 

    • Proven track record of achieving annual financial targets 

    • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and trade spend management tools) 

    • Strong time management skills 

    • Solid retailer/industry knowledge 

    • Team Player & Collaborator 

    • Genuine and inspirational leadership skills 

    • Strategic Thinking 

    • Solution mindset-a drive for results and a passion for winning 

    • Top Notch Communication Skills-verbal, written & presentation; with the ability to present to various levels of the organization 

    • The ability to influence using fact-based information 

    • Demonstrated level of curiosity with an interest and passion to learn and grow

We use broad salary ranges that reflect the competitive market for similar jobs, provide sufficient opportunity for growth as you gain experience and expand responsibilities, while also allowing for differentiation based on performance. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience, and location. Below is the targeted range for this role.

  • Non-Sales: $109,104 - $159,104

  • Sales: $94,928 - $144,928
