What You Will Get To Do

  • Liaise with corresponding U.S. Sales Teams
  • Work closely with National Account Managers to grow sales by:
    • Championing the promotional planning process and supporting by preparing promotional pitch templates, gathering competitive intel, and merchandising execution
    • Supporting customer line review presentations with analysis, insights, competitive landscapes and presenting
    • Merchandising co-development and execution
    • Co-ordinate divisional channel manager activities
  • Account ownership to include;
    • Partner with NAM & Channel Manager to execute business plan
    • Track and analyze POS results
  • Show Coordination
    • Assisting NAM’s with preparation of account shows, promotional template and price lists, show specials are entered into system and communicated to account
  • Account Administration
    • Creating product set-up sheets for new listing and new product launches
    • Ensuring product pricing validation on account cost lists
    • Ensure program is loaded before field presentation
  • Content Management
    • Partnering with our internal teams to build content for our customers
    • Managing the upkeep of new and existing content and ensuring it is at Gold Standard

Who You Are

  • College or University graduate with degree or diploma in Business or another relevant field of study
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales/Marketing with a record of demonstrated achievement and leadership, strong team player
  • Creativity and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Excellent selling and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of basic financial concepts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-Motivated with the ability to work well independently
  • Strong organizational and time management/multi-tasking skills
  • Computer proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook

What You Get

  • Anticipated compensation for this role is $75,000-$85,000 in annual base salary.  Salary is based on market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to receive a discretionary sales incentive bonus which at target is equal to 20% of salary.  All bonuses are subject to plan terms and are based on the achievement of defined objectives.  Bonuses are not guaranteed.
