Job Description:

What will you work on?
Seeking a detail-oriented and professional National Account Manager II with a proven ability to formulate sound business plans, maximize opportunities, manage risk, deliver on profitability goals, develop effective long-term business relationships and exceed customer expectations.
How will you create impact?

  • Developing bi-annual business plans that deliver upon company goals and meet customer needs
  • Deliver product presentations, business proposals and ad plans to customers on time while managing client-specific budget
  • Understand customers’ timelines and proactively provide them with all information and materials required to make decisions and manage business well
  • Timely and accurate set up of new items and maintenance of existing items
  • Work with support team to develop forecasts that best reflect market realities; update forecasts as required, at minimum on a monthly basis
  • Timely and effective review of actual performance to ensure goals are achieved and adjust plans as necessary
  • Analysis of sell through data and market intelligence to maximize business opportunities while minimizing risk
  • Clear and efficient communication with customers; fast solutions to challenges
  • Work proactively and effectively with team members to deliver best possible customer service while working in a team environment, providing feedback and coaching to your account management team

What are your skills and experience?

  • Bachelor’s Degree – Preferably in Business or Marketing.
  • 5+ years of experience in major account management in the consumer goods industry, preferably with the Toy industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing market share.
  • Strength in analytics, ability to analyze complex data and make strategic business decisions.

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in Toronto is $105,000 to $125,000 [Per Annum]. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Spin Master Inc. is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
