Job Description

What's the Role?

The Marketing Manager plays a key role in elevating Dexterra Group’s brand, driving measurable business impact, and supporting revenue generating initiatives. This position blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution across digital marketing, performance campaigns, content strategy, and sales enablement.

You will collaborate with leaders across the organization, guide a small team, manage agency partners, and bring structure, creativity, and insights to a fast-paced, highly visible function.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and Support Marketing Operations

  • Oversee the Marketing, Communications, and Creative Services project tracker, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely delivery across all initiatives.
  • Support the Director in assigning work, managing team capacity, and preparing monthly performance reports.

Own Digital Experiences & Web Performance

  • Manage Dexterra Group websites end-to-end, including content updates, issue resolution, best practice adherence, and vendor coordination.
  • Monitor web analytics and lead efforts to improve online performance and user experience.

Drive Data-Informed Campaign Execution

  • Manage digital and paid campaigns in collaboration with the Director.
  • Analyze campaign results, track KPIs, evaluate ROI, and develop recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Support integration and rebranding initiatives related to mergers and acquisitions.

Develop Strategic Content & Creative Direction

  • Create and contribute to strategic and creative briefs.
  • Consult with internal clients on marketing strategy, messaging, and content needs.
  • Maintain and enhance the content footprint across all Dexterra brands.

Lead Teams & Vendor Partnerships

  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and support to direct reports.
  • Oversee agency and vendor performance, budgets, and relationships.
  • Bring forward new tools, technologies, and insights to strengthen marketing operations and outcomes.

Qualifications

Who We're Looking For

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-10+ years of progressive marketing (agency and in-house) experience.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms including: 
    • GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite.
    • WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
    • Social listening tools such as Brandwatch or Meltwater.
  • Experience with Smartsheet, SharePoint, CMS and analytics environments, and workflow/reporting coordination.
  • Familiarity with CRM integration (Salesforce is an asset).
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience or agency background is considered an asset.
  • Proven ability to build effective B2B content strategies and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical abilities, including KPI creation, ROI evaluation, and dashboard reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A confident, supportive leader who inspires team growth and high-quality work.
  • A strategic thinker who can simplify complexity and provide clear direction.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative relationship-builder with strong.
