Senior Integrated Marketing Manager 

We are ready to take this game to the next level and need someone passionate to be accountable for the planning, development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns with a focus on experience-led activations and will be charged with ensuring we are fully leveraging key live experiences in an efficient and scalable way, cross enterprise.

This is a 12-18 month secondment opportunity.

YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME

Reporting to the Director Experiential Marketing, you will be empowered to:

  • Lead the development of experiential activations as part of wider integrated marketing campaigns, inclusive of agency brief development, creative development, production, and execution, ensuring amplification via OLG/partner channels. 

  • Lead the planning and delivery of in-market activation programs tied to sponsorship programs.  

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, providing subject matter expertise on campaign execution and considerations from a live event lens.  

  • Work directly with the external partners and rightsholders to understand and leverage their ecosystems while working across various internal cross-functional teams to ensure the work can be amplified in real time. 

  • Oversee the logistics planning, production, and execution of in-market activation programs. Monitor and evaluate execution as conducted by the experiential agency, and make recommendations to optimize, in real time, as needed.  

  • Be the on-site point of contact for agencies/partners, ensuring live experience KPIs and amplification deliverables set out are met. 

  • Manage OLG internal stakeholder relationships and external agency partnerships. This includes overseeing the experiential agency’s creative development through to execution, and liaising with event organizers, production suppliers, talent management agencies and onsite event execution teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of experiential programming. 

  • Accountable for experiential budgets including the evaluation of agency/vendor estimates, tracking, and post event reconciliations; optimize workflow and executional requirements to ensure efficiencies are achieved.  

  • Contribute to campaign postmortems, bringing forward recommendations on how to optimize future campaigns based on results and learnings. 

  • Collaborate, solicit consultative input and align with OLG Product and Brand Management groups in support of the annual plan which will ladder up to Division Marketing Plans. 

  • Drive synergies of scale, productivity, and operational excellence by challenging and building on existing frameworks/platforms and by importing and exporting great ideas. 

  • Provide input into annual experiential agency  performance reviews. 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE GAME

Education & Experience:

  • ​Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business management.  

  • ​​​​​​​​​6-10 years related experience in integrated marketing with a focus on managing and producing live consumer events 

  • ​Experience leading the creative process from brief to execution with internal and external partners. 

  • ​Experience working in a fast paced and deadline-driven environment. 

  • ​Experience in budget and vendor management.​​​​​​ 

  • ​Agency experience is a benefit, as is managing agencies and sponsors.

  • This role requires on the ground attendance at various events, both after hours and on weekends, with some travel within Ontario required.
