Investigates major and suspicious prize claims, verifies claim validity and ownership, conducts interviews, analyzes transactional data, prepares reports and witness statements, maintains payment and customer records, and coordinates with compliance, investigations, operations, and other stakeholders. Ensures documentation withstands legal and audit scrutiny while meeting regulatory, operational, and customer service requirements.

Leads concurrent internal audit and advisory engagements, assessing controls, processes, risks, and information reliability. Develops audit plans, scopes, workpapers, reports, and recommendations; reviews team deliverables; mentors engagement teams; collaborates with stakeholders; tracks remediation; and provides insights that strengthen governance, risk management, compliance, and organizational performance.

Conduct advanced SOC threat analysis, investigate and respond to escalated security incidents, correlate SIEM and endpoint data, perform containment and root-cause analysis, and manage incident lifecycles. Support threat intelligence, detection tuning, threat hunting, security policy monitoring, risk assessments, compliance activities, playbook updates, and on-call response. The role also documents investigations, produces reports, and collaborates with stakeholders on security events.

Develop and maintain responsive, accessible, high-performing web applications for OLG Digital using React or Vue.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Adobe Experience Manager, RESTful APIs, and cloud services. Responsibilities include building reusable components, integrating enterprise services, testing, troubleshooting, performance optimization, CI/CD contribution, release support, technical documentation, and collaboration with UX, architecture, QA, development, product, and business teams.

Leads Enterprise IT business management, integrating technology strategy, annual planning, portfolio governance, financial management, vendor oversight, performance reporting and value realization. Establishes and governs FinOps for cloud and future AI consumption, including cost allocation, forecasting, unit economics and optimization. Advises senior technology leaders, partners with Finance and Procurement, manages executive dashboards, and leads a multidisciplinary team while building enterprise planning and governance capabilities.

Leads HR technology strategy and Workday operations, including systems governance, security, data integrity, integrations, reporting, analytics, AI adoption, vendor management, and compliance. Oversees end-to-end payroll operations, statutory remittances, benefits administration, reconciliations, audits, and data governance. Partners with enterprise stakeholders, manages budgets and risk, drives continuous improvement, and leads a high-performing HR systems and payroll team.
