Oversees end-to-end product delivery, operational excellence, innovation, governance, financial stewardship, and cross-portfolio priorities. Leads product management leaders and builds high-performing teams through coaching, succession planning, and capability development. Partners with senior business, technology, regulatory, audit, and executive stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes and differentiated lottery solutions.

The Senior Sales Specialist manages sales activities across a broad Ontario territory, including prospecting, retailer and account relationship management, inventory allocation, merchandising, sales trend analysis, promotions, complaint resolution, training, and channel development. The role supports sales targets, account profitability, terminal allocation, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Frequent travel, occasional overnight stays, lifting up to 40 pounds, and a valid Ontario driver’s license are required.
