Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to support the creation, execution, and optimization of full-funnel, integrated marketing campaigns that boost brand awareness, drive demand, and build pipeline for our solutions across North America. You’ll apply strategic thinking and take a hands-on approach, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies with business goals, ensuring cohesive messaging and a seamless customer journey across channels.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, build and execute cross-channel promotional plans to drive engagement with campaign assets and activities (content, landing pages, webinars, events) through email marketing, social, paid media and sales-led channels

Write persuasive, audience-tailored ad copy for every stage of the marketing funnel, coordinating media buying and artwork production for various platforms

Drive email marketing strategy to ensure our email marketing programs align with business objectives, customer segmentation, and funnel stage goals, creating automated email journeys, drip campaigns, event/webinar sequences, lead nurturing sequences, newsletters and customer communications

Monitor key marketing metrics to continuously optimize engagement and performance through A/B testing and data-driven insights

Oversee timelines, workflows, and budgets to ensure smooth campaign execution

Support post-activity lead management processes and monitor daily inbound leads for correct routing, assignment and follow up

Uphold brand guidelines and standards across campaign assets channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand messaging and positioning.
Key Requirements:
-
+5 years of B2B marketing experience in Commercial Real Estate, Professional Services, Financial Services or multi-product SaaS organizations

Solid knowledge in brand, lead generation, acquisition, conversion, loyalty & retention marketing campaigns

A critical thinker with a natural curiosity about evolving marketing strategy, customer journey mapping and customer-centric marketing

Experience with marketing & sales platforms including CRM (Salesforce) Marketing Automation Platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), Webinar and Event platforms (Go-to-Webinar, Cvent), Project management platforms (Excel, Clickup)

Experience managing email marketing /marketing automation programs

Promotional planning, media buying and paid social campaign planning and execution

Proven project management skills with demonstrated high levels of ownership, responsibility and initiative

You enjoy variety in your day and flexing your different marketing muscles, methodically managing multiple priorities to help bring our campaigns to life
