More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Marketing Manager in Markham with Signify.

  • Drive consistent channel strategy including channel segmentation and in-store/shopper marketing activities and support channel offer optimization

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales and channel/account management to define and deliver tools and programs that are effective, sustainable, scalable and measurable

  • Lead partner-related launch efforts for products, services, and platforms.

  • Manage advertising and promotion budgets for the overall channel and customers

  • Develop metrics, forecasts, analyses, and reports monthly on channel marketing spend and return by account. Adjust plans & objectives when appropriate.

  • Develop and coordinate execution of integrated communication plans around the account

  • Manage and develop vendor relationships and in-channel activations and oversee and develop beginning to end multi-channel shopper marketing campaigns

  • Develop and implement point of sale suites to build in-store and brand presence

More about you

  • A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.

  • Experience in a channel marketing role for consumer brands within the lighting industry

  • Experience working/partnering with key national accounts

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and channel/account management

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 15% of the time to attend trade shows and customer meetings.
