    Job Description

    In this challenging position, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategic multi-channel marketing plans (radio, TV, digital, etc.) to drive sales and traffic in our stores and on our online platforms, and ensuring that our marketing plans meet our key marketing imperatives while strengthening our market leadership position. This will include implementing initiatives to reinforce brand value and loyalty, as well as developing marketing programs and promotions to increase market share and profitability.
    Responsibilities of this role will include but are not limited to:

    • Collaborate with strategic partners to create and execute unique marketing plans across multiple media channels to support business needs and objectives.
    • Lead projects and participate in the development of campaigns that provide new reasons to buy while creating meaningful connections with consumers and building brand loyalty.
    • Proactively provide recommendations for new initiatives that will help promote sleep wellness and establish our sleep expertise and credibility.
    • Ensure marketing campaigns are delivered effectively and efficiently, on-time and on-budget, while aligning creative direction with the company's strategic objectives.
    • Manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, while also supporting numerous cross-functional initiatives within the organization.
    • Measure post-campaign results and develop recommendations to improve and advance future initiatives through analysis of quarterly brand health results and market trends.
    • Collaborate with diverse teams of professionals (advertising agencies, consultants, media teams, sales teams, etc.) to deploy marketing initiatives that will drive traffic and sales in our stores and online platforms.
    • Maintain, due to the complex nature of the multi-channel media flow, a constant watch to ensure that all campaign elements are of high quality and delivered on time.

    Qualifications


    The Qualifications and Experience we like to see:

    • University degree in communications, marketing, e-commerce or other related discipline.
    • 5 to 8 years' experience in marketing in a 360 agency or retail environment.
    • Proven experience in organizing and managing multi-channel campaigns, promoting products or services and executing marketing strategies.
    • Excellent project management and marketing strategy skills.
    • Analytical skills to identify the causes of a problem, propose and develop a solution, then implement it effectively, while anticipating potential problems and taking proactive measures to mitigate its impact.
    • Ability to effectively assess creative in the marketing space and make data-informed recommendations on optimization and improvements..
    • Developed interpersonal and communication skills to work on complex projects in collaboration with team members, agencies and other partners, as well as to motivate direct collaborators.
    • Ability to confidently express professional opinions and recommendations with the relevant data and facts to support them .
    • Acute attention to detail, highly organized, and able to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and strict deadlines.
    • Be a team player with the ability to influence, build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve alignment.
    • Comfortable with current marketing, social and digital trends.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
