Job Description

The Marketing Manager is a key member of the team that will be working closely with the CEO and leadership team to lead all marketing and demand generation efforts. This is an opportunity to have a high-level impact on our success and direction. This position requires both a visionary and a master practitioner: someone the team can rely on with confidence in their capabilities, creativity, hustle and communication.

Primary Functions:

  • Identify opportunities to accelerate growth by building and overseeing multiple customer acquisition and retention strategies for Paidiem, collaboratively with Sales. 
  • Create a consistent brand that is top-notch quality in respect to visual aesthetic, multimedia, voice and experience.
  • Build, develop and inspire a team of thoughtful, driven and curious individuals. Invest in and support their overall career success.
  • Collaborate with Paidiem’s executive and leadership team to refine company vision, strategic priorities, annual/quarterly milestones and corresponding forecasts and budgets.
  • Cultivate productive partnerships with other teams including Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Engineering, and Revenue Operations teams to understand the customer, influence the product roadmap, and expand Paidiem’s market reach.
  • Build and optimize processes across the marketing organization. Evaluate existing cross-departmental processes. Keep and optimize what works, eliminate redundant processes.
  • Optimize our marketing technology stack to fuel top-of-funnel pipeline growth and bottom-of-funnel analysis.
  • Define, measure, and optimize quantifiable business, customer, and financial metrics and goals.

 

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Post-secondary education in a related field
    • 5+ years of experience in marketing, B2B (and preferably also B2C) marketing.
    • A strong track record of compelling work for B2B SaaS and/or Tech companies.
    • Prior experience working in a Leadership position at a high growth startup.
    • Experience in the following areas: account-based marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, event and content marketing, referral marketing, and community-driven marketing.
    • Experience managing multiple projects, with tight timelines, in a fast-paced environment, with multiple stakeholders.
    • You're always looking for ways for you and your team to do your job more efficiently, whether with enablement tools, automation, or analytics.
    • Ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution.
    • Ability to influence your peers just as exceptionally as you influence clients and prospects.
    • Proven track record meeting and exceeding targets of increasing impact and scope.
    • Demonstrated team player and highly collaborative  
    • Exceptional organizational skills, and verbal and written communication skills
