The role:

The Brand Marketing Intern will report to the Senior Brand Manager for Consumer Marketing, contributing to essential projects aimed at driving growth within our skin care portfolio and assist as needed across the marketing team. This role offers valuable opportunities to enhance your skills in digital and influencer marketing, product management, and direct-to-consumer strategies. You will also gain a comprehensive understanding of the organization by collaborating with various departments, including global marketing, trade marketing, finance, sales teams and agency partners.

What you will do:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, influencer partnerships, public relations, and product sampling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute annual marketing plans including support for new product launches.
  • Manage daily operations of the Direct-to-Consumer website and contribute to the execution of the CRM strategy.

What you will need:

  • Currently pursuing a second or third year of university studies in Business, with plans to return to school full-time in September.
  • Prior internship experience in a marketing or sales environment .
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with Canva.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable with an eagerness to learn
  • A genuine passion for the beauty industry and digital marketing.
