We are seeking a Marketing Intern who will support the execution of brand strategies and integrated marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels. This role emphasizes coordination of key digital projects, campaign support, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth and engagement among healthcare professional (HCP) and consumer audiences.
Key Responsibilities:

-Support execution of brand initiatives and marketing plans
-Support digital marketing initiatives across web, email, social media, and other digital platforms
-Assist in planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
-Coordinate promotional materials, events, and campaign logistics.
-Support HCP and consumer marketing activations.
-Cross-functional collaboration & administrative support to prepare meeting materials, track project timelines, and maintain documentation
-Provide administrative support to the marketing team as required
-Monitor campaign performance and key marketing metrics

• Support administration of generic tasks assigned by Line Manager
• Perform routine business activities
• Assist functional teams to execute specific programs and policies

 Minimum Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Hands-on, dynamic team player thriving in fast-paced environments with a strong external and customer focus.

  • Driven by curiosity, competitiveness, and results, challenging the status quo and fostering innovation.

  • Solution-oriented with a growth mindset.

  • Experienced in designing multichannel/omnichannel brand strategies and product/campaign launches (in-person, digital, virtual).

  • Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

  • Strong business acumen, using analytics to track performance against KPIs and budget.

  • Minimum of a BSc or BA (science or business preferred)

This is an on-site paid internship opportunity at Galderma Downtown office (161 Bay St. Toronto).
