Position Overview:

At Canada Goose, we believe rewards are more than numbers on a spreadsheet, they’re a powerful lever for engagement, equity, and culture.
We’re looking for a strategic and passionate rewards leader who wants to shape how employees experience compensation and benefits in a way that builds trust, drives performance, and celebrates our people.

Transparency isn’t just a buzzword here, it’s the baseline. In this role, you’ll help employees understand, value, and feel empowered by the rewards they receive.

What You’ll Do:

Total Rewards Strategy

  • Reimagine and evolve our total rewards programs to be forward-thinking, competitive, and aligned to the broader People Strategy.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of total rewards professionals.

  • Partner with HR and business leaders to advise and influence on all aspects of rewards.

Global Compensation

  • Own the annual salary review and variable pay process in Workday; provide input on program design and system enhancements.

  • Manage our participation in compensation market surveys, analyze trends, and translate insights into recommendations.

  • Maintain our job evaluation and market data framework.

  • Oversee pay equity analysis and support compliance with provincial pay equity audits.

  • Lead and maintain the Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) and Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) — ensuring alignment with our values of transparency, equity, and future-focused rewards.

Global Benefits

  • Oversee and support global benefits administration, including vendor management and compliance with regional regulations.

  • Evaluate benefit design annually for competitiveness, cost effectiveness, and alignment to employee needs.

  • Create clear, engaging benefit communications to educate and empower employees.

  • Manage the annual benefit re-enrollment process.

Data, Insights & Reporting

  • Provide clear, data-driven insights through reporting to support decision-making and compliance.

  • Prepare quarterly and annual reports for the Compensation Committee.

Performance & Recognition

  • Shape a culture of high performance, recognition, and equity by designing meaningful reward and recognition programs.

  • Lead the mid-year and year-end performance cycles, ensuring alignment to company values and goals.
