About the role .
We are seeking a highly analytical individual to join McCain's Revenue Management team as a Senior Analyst, supporting our largest customer channel. The qualified candidate must be able to multitask and work within a demanding, fast-paced environment, working primarily with the Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Sales and Sales Finance teams. The purpose of the RGM team is to grow revenue and optimize the gross to net sales structure in a sustainable fashion with a focus on specific projects that upper management has aligned to.
This position will be expected to provide financial analysis, modeling, and reporting to drive RGM initiatives forward.

Compensation Package : $81,600.00 - $108,900.00 . CAD annually + Bonus Eligibility

What you'll be doing .
- Deliver accurate, insightful, and timely analysis around volume, price, mix, price pack architecture, customer promotions and customer P&Ls
- Monitor competitive landscape through external tools (Circana Supply Track)
- Develop, Forecast and Actualize RevMan (SCA) Project Savings on a Monthly Basis
- Leverage cross-functional relationships to collaborate closely with workstream leads on progress and execution of major Projects
- Provide support and financial analysis on Ad-Hoc Projects as determined by current business needs
What you'll need to be successful .
- Bachelor's Degree (preference in management, finance, or business)
- Strong analytical skills and an unsatiable curiosity is a must
- 2+ years of experience working with large, cross-functional teams
- Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills. Must be able to convey information to all levels of the organization in a clear, focused, and concise manner.
- The ideal candidate will be detail and task oriented and able to complete tasks proficiently and with a sense of urgency, meeting deadlines
- Adept organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills as this role will interface with individuals cross functionally and at various levels
- Expertise in MS Office including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- SAP, OneStream, Power BI knowledge an asset
- Strong organization, problem solving and communication skills are necessary
- Proactive, critical thinking and follow up ability
- Able to tackle tough projects, with optimism
