Manage hiring, assignments, performance, and development of senior FDEs; set standards, playbooks, and practices; personally lead select AI engagements; partner with platform, engineering, governance, and business leaders to drive adoption, measurable impact, and compliant, responsible AI deployments. Provide executive representation and resolve resource conflicts while embedding with teams for coaching and execution.

Lead enterprise architecture for SAP, cloud, integration, platforms, and data. Define target-state architectures, governance, integration standards, and modernization strategies; advise executives, manage cross-program risks, and mentor architects.

Create and maintain demand plans across multiple time horizons and SKUs, drive monthly consensus with sales/marketing/finance, improve forecast accuracy using SAP IBP and data analysis, publish metrics, manage master data, and lead cross-functional forecast reviews.

Research and evaluate emerging AI and agentic technologies, recommend and support pilots, partner with engineering to scale proven solutions, document findings and assess risks including security, privacy, and Responsible AI, and communicate technical insights to business stakeholders.

Lead enterprise AI platform deployment, adoption, governance, and measurement. Plan rollouts from pilots to enterprise scale, partner with Security/Legal/IT, configure identity and provisioning, build enablement programs, create adoption analytics and executive reporting, and remove adoption barriers to maximize business value.

Design and lead cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions across Azure and on-prem environments. Create roadmaps, architecture standards, solution designs, and whitepapers. Guide implementation with IaC, automation, containerization, CI/CD, and governance while coaching teams and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable, and operable platforms.
