Responsibilities include developing customer growth plans, driving sales and profitability targets, managing pipelines and complex sales cycles, forecasting, negotiating contracts and pricing, presenting business reviews, maintaining Salesforce records, and coordinating Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, and Quality Assurance teams. The role requires 15–20% travel within Ontario and focuses on profitable customer growth and long-term partnerships.

Define global templates, own solution architecture and integrations, lead program delivery and governance, drive process standardization, enable analytics/AI insights, and advise senior leadership to deliver measurable revenue, cost, and service improvements.

Serve as strategic HR partner to North America Sales: align people strategies with commercial objectives, lead talent management, succession planning, workforce analytics, change initiatives, and complex employee relations while coaching leaders and driving leadership development and organizational effectiveness.

Research and evaluate emerging AI and agentic technologies, recommend and support pilots, partner with engineering to scale proven solutions, document findings and assess risks including security, privacy, and Responsible AI, and communicate technical insights to business stakeholders.

Lead design, integration, and continuous improvement of end-to-end enterprise processes for an SAP S/4HANA transformation. Drive cross-functional workshops, As-Is/To-Be analysis, process documentation (BPMN), governance, testing readiness, change management, and measure process performance while coaching team members and partnering with global stakeholders.
