The salary range for this role is $86,320.00 to $107,900.00. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain Planning, this position is responsible for providing analytical, reporting and day to day transactional planning support, leading interactions throughout the value chain, from manufacturing to customer to maximize fluid product supply and targeted in market stock levels and drive optimal customer service. Strong systems knowledge capabilities are required to manage ERP systems and data extract integrations into Microsoft based reporting.

A skilled supply and sales collaborator, you have the ability to quickly and intuitively adapt to internal and external stakeholder needs and inspire business partners to support the company’s customer service and business objectives within a dynamic Canadian network structure. Understanding how to co-ordinate forecasting, replenishment and Integrated Business Planning with suppliers and the Corby commercial sales teams to support Liquor Board requirements and operating policies is critical.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with the Commercial sales team, liquor boards and suppliers to maximize orders and product flow in support of liquor board requests and sales team needs
  • Analyze and deliver weekly inventory reports and develop strategies and solutions to resolve and mitigate supply disruptions with domestic and import brand owners.
  • Chair and manage regular meetings with sales managers and analysts to review, discuss and provide insight on promotional planning and forecasting
  • Optimize inventory management in collaboration with the Supply Chain, Customer Service and Production teams to meet customer needs and service levels
  • Participate in regular Sales and Operations Planning meetings, sharing information and providing updates to internal stakeholders including Marketing, Finance, Planning and Sales
  • Manage reporting and analysis of year end shipments in collaboration with the Supply Chain Planning team, Finance and Sales to support and achieve corporate goals
  • Coordinate and lead annual review meetings with each liquor board
  • Assist liquor boards on special projects as required
  • Prepare analysis and adhoc supply chain reports as requested
  • Manage day to day communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage consumer experience/complaints

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Detail oriented and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Exceptional problem solving, communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Logistics and Operations management experience
  • Collaborative approach in delivering results against accountabilities
  • Able to work in a team-oriented environment and independently motivated
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel & Word
  • French Language is a plus

Education

  • Required: Post-secondary degree in Supply/Logistics and/or Business
  • Preferred: Master’s Degree in a relevant area
