About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and highly experienced Product Manager, Digital Content Supply Chain to own the product vision, delivery, and day-to-day execution for our global content lifecycle roadmap. You will own the strategic roadmap for our global content lifecycle, transitioning the organization to a modern "Vibe Marketing" model by defining and implementing a self-service content production and management platform centered on the Adobe Platform. You will also be responsible for creating a single source of truth for content and leveraging innovative AI capabilities to dramatically improve efficiency for our global marketing teams utilizing our Digital Asset Manager (DAM).

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Vision
  • Content Platform Ownership: Define and champion the product strategy and roadmap for our foundational content platform, specifically Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets (Digital Asset Management - DAM) and its integrations within the end-to-end content lifecycle.
  • Self-Service Model: Lead the design and implementation of a robust self-service model that empowers global marketers to efficiently find, use, produce, and manage digital content assets from a single source of truth.
  • Vibe Marketing Alignment: Ensure the content platform strategy actively supports and accelerates the organization's move toward Vibe Marketing, focusing on speed, agility, and high-quality localized content delivery.
Delivery Leadership & Team Enablement
  • POD Leadership: Function as the product owner for a dedicated cross-functional and agile POD, leading the backlog and priorities for key functional roles:
    • Service Design and User Experience
    • Content Architecture and Taxonomy
    • DAM Librarians and Governance
    • Training & Support for the self-service model
  • Backlog & Execution: Own the feature definition, prioritization, and delivery backlog, translating strategic goals into actionable user stories and technical requirements for development teams.
Innovation & AI Integration
  • AI for Content Management: Identify, evaluate, and productize AI capabilities and machine learning features (e.g., auto-tagging, content repurposing, metadata generation, localization assistance) to integrate directly into the self-service content production and management workflows, driving significant productivity gains for Marketers.
  • Integration Ownership: Drive the strategy and requirements for integrating AEM Assets with upstream systems (e.g., creative tools, project management) and downstream consumption channels (e.g., web CMS, email, social platforms).
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, specializing in Content Management Systems (CMS), Digital Asset Management (DAM), or foundational marketing technology platforms.
  • Strong, hands-on expertise with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), specifically AEM Assets is mandatory.
  • Operational Excellence: Proven experience as a POC for team workload management and high proficiency in Asana or similar PM tools.
  • Demonstrated success in defining and delivering complex product features, especially those related to workflow automation, governance, and self-service enablement.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams (Service Design, Engineering, Operations, Content) in an Agile environment without direct reporting authority.
  • Familiarity with the technical landscape and application of AI/Machine Learning in the context of content production, enrichment, or localization.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to business stakeholders and senior leadership.
