Who You Are

You’re a strategic finance leader who sees the story behind the numbers. Collaborative, curious, and commercially minded, you build trusted relationships, simplify complexity, and turn analysis into action. In this Toronto-based hybrid role, you’ll partner with practice and Operations leaders to improve profitability, manage risk, and create sustainable growth.

In This Role, You Will
  • Partner with practice and Operations leaders to turn financial insights into strategies that strengthen performance.
  • Lead reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, translating results into clear recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize costs, grow revenue, improve profitability, and manage financial risk.
  • Build trusted relationships across practices, regional teams, FP&A, and cross-functional partners.
  • Champion strong financial controls, compliance, audit readiness, and responsive service to our practices.
  • Coach and develop Senior Financial Analysts, creating a collaborative, high-performing team.
What You’ll Bring
  • Five or more years of progressive finance experience is required, ideally in a Finance Manager or senior business-partnering role.
  • A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required; an MBA or advanced degree is an asset.
  • Strong people leadership and the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and inspire teams.
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with a talent for making complex financial information clear and actionable.
  • Advanced Excel and financial systems skills, with knowledge of financial controls and compliance.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 CAD to $120,000 CAD annually (plus a bonus of up to 15% and competitive total rewards and benefits package). Offers within this range are determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity considerations. This is a replacement role.

You will be based at our Toronto Support Centre, located at 181 Bay Street in the heart of Toronto’s financial district.  This position will be on site from Monday to Thursday, with Fridays designated as work-from-home days.
