What you will do:
- Plan the software product deployment and integration work for Cloud Infrastructure
- Complete software installation, configuration, integration, and migration work
- Prepare, document, and complete module test, end-to-end test, and acceptance test
- Troubleshoot, identify defects, fix or seek resolution.
- Do occasional scripting & coding.
- Work in Ericsson lab, customer lab, and customer production environment
- Identify and drive product or process improvements.
- Work in a team environment with excellent collaboration and support
The skills you bring:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelors or master's program in electrical engineering or computer Science (IT, Telecom) or other
technical field - Must have at least a 2.7+ GPA on a 4.0 scale or equivalent
- Knowledge of software deployment process, including installation, configuration, and testing.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP (Internet Protocol) networking principles and protocols.
- Knowledge of Operating systems concepts preferably Linux OS.
- Knowledge of Cloud Platform concepts - Virtualization and Containerization
- Knowledge of tools for CICD/Automation, DevOps, and Software configuration management .
- Basic Knowledge of Agile Delivery Process like Scrum, Sprint, Review & Retrospective etc.
- Basic knowledge of Kubernetes, Dockers , Containers.
- Passion to work in teams for customer projects in a highly collaborative environment.
- Intellectual ability and critical thinking
- Actively enrolled on a full-time basis at an accredited 4-year college or university at the time of the internship
- Be available to work 40 hours per week during the summer or Co-Op term
