Leads national Field Services Operations for a major telecom managed-services customer. Oversees service delivery, employees, contractors, customer relationships, financial performance, SLAs, governance, compliance, transitions, and operational improvement. Requires extensive telecom experience, large-scale workforce leadership, mobile and transport network knowledge, financial and risk management expertise, and strong customer and matrix-management skills.

Leads end-to-end customer delivery operations across Cloud Software and Services engagements. Owns delivery performance, governance, escalations, financial KPIs, forecasting, resource utilization, and customer satisfaction. Partners with Sales, PMO, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Units to execute programs, improve profitability, and meet contractual commitments. Establishes operating rhythms, leads customer steering meetings, manages cross-functional execution, and develops the Customer Operations leadership team.

Develop AI-assisted software development and testing automation, operational AI agents, RAG workflows, evaluation systems, monitoring tools, and guardrails. Support observability, incident analysis, system integration, testing, documentation, and process improvement. The role requires Python, SQL, machine learning, MLOps, LLMOps, AgentOps, fine-tuning, and AI agent framework knowledge.

Plan and execute cloud infrastructure software deployment, installation, configuration, integration, migration, and testing. Troubleshoot defects, perform occasional scripting and coding, document test results, support customer lab and production environments, and drive product or process improvements. Collaborate with team members while working with networking, Linux, virtualization, containers, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

The role involves shaping technical strategies for 5G and AI solutions, influencing customer technology vision, and managing complex business opportunities with executive stakeholders.
