Monitor and maintain telecom network health, resolve first-level incidents, track escalations, support field and corrective maintenance, manage logical access for changes, execute preventive maintenance, monitor QoS and KPIs, provide 24/7 automation surveillance, and contribute reusable automation flows to improve operations.

The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support, coordinating activities, managing inquiries, and driving operational efficiency for management. Key tasks include scheduling, communication, meeting preparation, and supporting executive needs with strategic insights.
