Plan and execute cloud infrastructure software deployment, installation, configuration, integration, migration, and testing. Troubleshoot defects, perform occasional scripting and coding, document test results, support customer lab and production environments, and drive product or process improvements. Collaborate with team members while working with networking, Linux, virtualization, containers, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

Performs on-site telecommunications field services, including network troubleshooting, equipment repair, preventive maintenance, cutovers, upgrades, acceptance testing, network optimization, and documentation. Maintains site inventory and service records, coordinates with technicians and departments, and supports SLA performance. Requires regular shift work, overtime, and rotational 24-hour on-call support, along with tower climbing, safety compliance, and responsible driving.

The role involves shaping technical strategies for 5G and AI solutions, influencing customer technology vision, and managing complex business opportunities with executive stakeholders.
