Coordinate inbound, outbound and return freight; liaise with carriers and internal stakeholders for D2C/B2B shipments; manage customs clearance, regulatory compliance, freight claims, KPIs, and related supply chain tasks.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate and/or plan inbound, outbound and return freight transportation
- Liaise and coordinate with relevant service providers and internal stakeholders regarding freight/deliveries including Red Carpet D2C and B2B shipments
- Be responsible for customs clearing and other transport regulatory compliance tasks (dangerous goods, environmental) including transport damage claims
- Ensure adherence to transport service levels and KPIs
- Freight claims management and record keeping
- Support in in other supply chain tasks
What we are looking for
- Academic qualification or relevant work experience
- 3+ years Operations/Transport background preferred
- SAP experience preferred
- White goods, white glove experience considered a major asset
- Good analytical skills
- Good interpersonal and account management skills
- Well structures Process and e2e thinking
- Good IT understanding
- Strong communication skills to all organizational levels
