Lead regional sales strategy and execution to meet revenue and market-share targets. Manage relationships with agents, retailers, and partners; coach 2-3 Territory Managers; collaborate with marketing; oversee MCA compliance and regional budgets; drive process improvements; represent the company at trade shows and travel internationally as required.

Create and analyze demand forecasts, manage inventory to avoid stockouts/overstock, support product launches, collaborate with Sales/Marketing/Operations, monitor forecast vs actual performance, drive forecast accuracy improvements using large datasets and present insights to North America business leaders.

Deliver premium in-store customer experiences to meet sales targets using expert product knowledge. Maintain a pristine showroom, prepare quotes and orders, sell cash-and-carry items, cross-sell and upsell, coordinate and generate leads from events, and support store operations including evenings and weekends.

Develop and analyze demand forecasts, manage inventory plans, collaborate with Sales/Marketing/Operations, support new product launches, track forecast vs. actuals, improve forecast accuracy, and present insights to North America business leaders.

Provide administrative and coordination support for third-party warehouse, delivery, and installation partners. Audit invoices, track partner compliance, manage claims and corrective actions, support delivery/install planning, maintain trackers, and monitor customer satisfaction and performance scorecards.

Coordinate inbound, outbound and return freight; liaise with carriers and internal stakeholders for D2C/B2B shipments; manage customs clearance, regulatory compliance, freight claims, KPIs, and related supply chain tasks.

Provide premium in-store customer service to meet sales targets, demonstrate expert product knowledge, prepare quotes and orders, sell and upsell products, generate leads from events, assist with event coordination, and maintain a pristine experience centre.

Coordinate and administratively support third-party warehouse, delivery, and installation partners. Audit invoicing, track partner compliance (contracts, SOPs, COIs), manage claims and corrective actions, support delivery/install planning, maintain trackers and scorecards, and drive issue resolution and continuous improvement while keeping stakeholders informed.

Support sales operations by processing in-warranty and dealer orders, VIP orders, and responding to online marketplace messages, dealer emails, and phone calls. Perform additional tasks as assigned. Requires strong organization, time management, reliability, and excellent written and oral customer service; bilingual English/French is a plus.

Provide bilingual (French/English) technical support for residential appliances: resolve complex service issues, guide technicians on diagnostics and service procedures, support product launches, manage work orders and parts, identify quality trends, and drive continuous improvement in processes and documentation.

Sell premium Miele products, deliver a high-end customer experience, prepare quotes and orders, cross-sell and cash-and-carry items, support events, generate leads, and maintain the Experience Centre’s presentation. Work evenings and weekends as required.
