Coordinate inbound, outbound and return freight; liaise with carriers and internal stakeholders for D2C/B2B shipments; manage customs clearance, regulatory compliance, freight claims, KPIs, and related supply chain tasks.

Deliver premium in-store customer service to meet sales targets using expert product knowledge; prepare quotes and orders; sell cash-and-carry items, cross-sell and upsell; support and coordinate events; generate leads and maintain a pristine Miele Experience Centre. Must work evenings and weekends as needed.
