Create and analyze demand forecasts, manage inventory to avoid stockouts/overstock, support product launches, collaborate with Sales/Marketing/Operations, monitor forecast vs actual performance, drive forecast accuracy improvements using large datasets and present insights to North America business leaders.

Lead regional sales strategy and execution to meet revenue and market-share targets. Manage relationships with agents, retailers, and partners; coach 2-3 Territory Managers; collaborate with marketing; oversee MCA compliance and regional budgets; drive process improvements; represent the company at trade shows and travel internationally as required.

Deliver premium in-store sales and customer service for Miele, meeting store targets through expert product knowledge, preparing quotes/orders, cash-and-carry and upsell transactions, supporting events, generating leads, and maintaining a pristine showroom. Must work evenings/weekends and collaborate with the team to ensure a hassle-free customer experience.
