Manage day-to-day ecommerce website operations, including product and category updates, content maintenance, issue resolution, promotions, QA, SEO implementation, and platform maintenance. Translate business requirements into agency tickets, coordinate fixes and deployments, validate solutions, and support tracking implementation. The role collaborates with internal teams and external partners across retail or direct-to-consumer ecommerce operations.

Leads the supply chain function, developing long-term strategy, improving logistics efficiency, managing costs, inventory, budgets, warehouses, S&OP processes, and external partners. Aligns supply chain activities with sales, marketing, regional, and global objectives; oversees execution, performance, and strategic initiatives; and develops a high-performing team across multiple businesses.

Lead and develop a bilingual call centre team, manage daily operations and KPIs (SLA, AHT, FCR, CSAT, NPS), resolve escalations, run training and workforce planning, analyze performance for continuous improvement, manage budgets and engagement initiatives.
