Develop and maintain demand forecasts, inventory plans, and sales performance analyses. Partner with sales, marketing, finance, operations, and category management to improve forecast accuracy, support product launches, optimize inventory, and guide production decisions. Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, identify performance gaps and root causes, recommend mitigation plans, and present insights to North American business leaders through demand and inventory reviews.

Manage day-to-day ecommerce website operations, including product and category updates, content maintenance, issue resolution, promotions, QA, SEO implementation, and platform maintenance. Translate business requirements into agency tickets, coordinate fixes and deployments, validate solutions, and support tracking implementation. The role collaborates with internal teams and external partners across retail or direct-to-consumer ecommerce operations.

Leads the supply chain function, developing long-term strategy, improving logistics efficiency, managing costs, inventory, budgets, warehouses, S&OP processes, and external partners. Aligns supply chain activities with sales, marketing, regional, and global objectives; oversees execution, performance, and strategic initiatives; and develops a high-performing team across multiple businesses.
