Job Description

You will perform the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items. Lift heavy items and may operate a forklift. Prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped. Post weights and shipping charges and prepares goods for final shipment. Examines, stock and distribute materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines. May prepare kitting packages for assembly production. You will report to the Inventory Lead and work onsite Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. You will be onsite 5 days a week 7:30am - 4:30PM. G driver's licence and access to a vehicle.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Sign for and unload incoming packages and freight (courier or truck) using a forklift or pump cart.
  • Inspect all incoming materials for damage or discrepancies.
  • Receive purchase orders into Epicor promptly.
  • Operate forklift, reach truck, and pallet jack to support warehouse operations.
  • Store parts in designated warehouse locations.
  • Adhere strictly to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory practices.
  • Perform regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Consolidate inventory to improve warehouse space.
  • Print pick lists and kit materials to support the production schedule.
  • Transfer, issue, and stage materials to ensure production timelines are met.
  • Maintain shortage report.
  • Transport materials between internal facilities using a company rental truck
  • Crating and packaging experience using power tools, rigging, hoisting, and forklifts.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.
  • Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, and Quality teams to support operational efficiency.
  • Support additional operational tasks.

  • High School Diploma/GED or 1 year equivalent work experience.

For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from 38,960.00 - 48,700.00 - 58,440.00 CAD Annual with an annual target bonus of 4% of base salary. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.

This position is part of a job family. Experience will be the determining factor for position level and compensation.
