Build relationships with manufacturers, systems integrators, and industry partners; explain products and services; simplify complex information; develop sales plans; achieve annual sales goals; grow market share and customer spend; and maintain accountability for results. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, Canadian work authorization, a valid driver’s license, and 10–40% travel.

Leads functional safety strategy and alignment for autonomous mobile robot products across software, hardware, services, and operations. Defines safety processes, policies, templates, and best practices; interprets applicable standards; oversees residual risk management and customer safety documentation; investigates incidents; participates in standards committees; collaborates with customers and global stakeholders; and mentors engineers on hazard analysis, risk assessment, safety requirements, and functional safety principles.

Lead development and implementation of automated manufacturing test systems. Design electrical test systems and fixtures, develop and maintain test software, create test documentation, manage test equipment lifecycle, apply Lean Six Sigma for continuous improvement, and provide advanced troubleshooting and cross-functional support for product launches and engineering changes.

Support Medium Voltage product quality by leading shop-floor problem solving and root-cause analysis (8D, MAARs, DOE), improving QC plans and error-proofing, supporting new product launches, participating in ISO 9001 audits, driving supplier corrective actions, and standardizing best practices across global sites to strengthen the QMS and production quality.

Manage product marketing programs to improve win rates and launch success for a SaaS product. Lead win/loss analysis, competitor battle cards, joint partner positioning, global localization, enablement, and product launch content across channels. Collect market and VoC insights to inform strategy and support cross-functional teams with assets and training.

Design, improve, and validate manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and material flow. Lead continuous improvement, create work instructions and PFMEAs, support product transfers from R&D to production, maintain BOMs in ERP, perform root cause analyses, and support safety, calibration, and preventive maintenance activities on-site.

Lead product and marketing strategy for the Medium Voltage PowerFlex drive portfolio. Drive cross-functional alignment, manage product lifecycle and financial performance, support quality and customer issues, develop commercial programs, track KPIs, and expand market knowledge globally.

The System Programmer implements and supports medium voltage automation systems, develops programs, troubleshoots issues, and collaborates with engineering teams.
