Support Medium Voltage product quality by leading shop-floor problem solving and root-cause analysis (8D, MAARs, DOE), improving QC plans and error-proofing, supporting new product launches, participating in ISO 9001 audits, driving supplier corrective actions, and standardizing best practices across global sites to strengthen the QMS and production quality.

Lead North America High Velocity Sales to drive predictable ARR growth by scaling new customer acquisition, expansion, territory coverage and sales productivity. Own strategy, pipeline, forecast accuracy, bookings, and cross-functional GTM motions. Build and coach sales and BD teams, establish operating cadence and KPIs, and support transformation and capacity planning to meet revenue and customer outcomes.
