About the role:

As a Learning & Development Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact Producer Development programs, including the Junior Broker Training Program. You will ensure learning experiences are well-organized, engaging, and aligned with performance outcomes that drive business success. In partnership with the Senior Manager, Producer Development, you will support early-career talent through scalable processes, seamless session coordination, and strong stakeholder engagement.

This role requires a proactive mindset, precision in execution, and a collaborative approach to problem solving. You will work cross-functionally with facilitators, subject matter experts, business leaders, and HR partners to deliver programs that enhance capability, accelerate development, and contribute to measurable results.

In this role, you will:

  • Own program scheduling, invites, reminders, stakeholder readiness, attendance tracking, and follow-up communications.

  • Partner with facilitators, subject matter experts, and sales leaders to ensure they are prepared and supported for each session.

  • Facilitate or co-facilitate webinars and virtual learning experiences with confidence and presence.

  • Manage key program moments including networking events and graduation.

  • Maintain all program resources including playbooks, SOPs, OnDemand learning, learner communications, Hub pages, surveys, progress reports, and assessments.

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for participants, stakeholders, and leadership, providing timely, clear, and proactive communication.

  • Produce high-quality program communications including wide-audience emails and leadership updates.

  • Consolidate learner progress data and provide actionable reporting to support accountability and decision-making.

  • Use feedback and program metrics to inform process updates and reduce friction for both learners, facilitators, and stakeholders.

  • Identify risks early and propose recommendations before issues impact delivery.

  • Refresh existing enablement resources to maintain relevance and consistency over time.

  • Maintain a detailed work plan with timelines, dependencies, and milestones for each cohort.

  • Leverage coordinator support through clear task handoff, documentation, and follow-through

What you bring:

  • 3-5 years experience in learning & development, sales enablement, and program operations

  • Commercial real estate experience is strongly preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage programs, deadlines, and stakeholder relationships.

  • Strong attention to detail with a track record of error-free deliverables.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and high comfort presenting to leaders.

  • Highly organized with strong prioritization and project management skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and platforms like Workday Learning or similar.

Approximate Compensation Range for Role: $75,735 to $82,000 CAD.

Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
