What is the opportunity? 

Reporting to the Vice President, Business Performance and Project Management Office & Resource Management Group, the Senior Analyst will provide specialized support to the operational leader in managing day-to-day activities, coordinating projects, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for providing support in various areas such as project management, resource planning, meeting management, research, budget tracking, process documentation, stakeholder communication, PMO support, and compliance activities.


Mode of Work: In Office - Toronto

What will you do?

  • Provide specialized support to the operational leader in managing day-to-day activities and coordinating various internal projects, including PMO support and compliance initiatives
  • Assist in resource planning and allocation across projects
  • Set up and coordinate interviews with candidates for various positions
  • Conduct research and provide insights for decision-making
  • Assist in managing project financials, including budget tracking and reporting
  • Write and document processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Follow up with other leaders and stakeholders as needed
  • Manage specific projects or initiatives as assigned, including support for PMO and compliance activities
  • Coordinate with external vendors or partners as needed
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting of compliance-related activities and support the maintenance of a robust compliance framework


What do you need to succeed? 

Must have: 


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-6 years of experience in business operations, project coordination, PMO, compliance, or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
  • Experience with budget tracking and financial reporting is a plus
  • Experience in ESG initiatives and reporting is a plus
  • Familiarity with relevant compliance regulations and best practices in the industry
