Create, maintain, and evolve comprehensive documentation for Zafin's AIOS platform and AI agent solutions. Translate complex AI/ML and banking workflows into clear guides, API and operational docs, release notes, and multimedia training. Conduct technical interviews and research, manage version-controlled repositories, work in Agile teams, and ensure compliance. Senior responsibilities include setting documentation standards, owning content architecture, and mentoring junior writers.

Lead a shared AI operations function delivering agent configuration, evaluation, and knowledge support to client-facing squads. Manage capacity, demand forecasting, workload planning, service standards, and operational metrics. Drive adoption of shared AI assets, resolve cross-team dependencies, and continuously improve service quality. Coach and develop team members, establish intake/prioritization/escalation processes, and ensure reliable, scalable delivery of AI-enabled solutions across multiple client engagements.

Lead client engagements for AIOS-driven transformations in regulated banking: own roadmap, measurable business outcomes, governance, adoption, and progressive capability transfer while managing cross-functional teams and executive stakeholder alignment.

Prepare, structure, govern, and maintain knowledge assets for AI agents. Perform content cleanup, metadata tagging, taxonomy management, research, documentation, and governance to ensure compliant, auditable, and production-ready knowledge for regulated banking engagements.

Drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution for platform capabilities. Translate customer and business needs into requirements, manage backlog, write user stories, collaborate with engineering, engage stakeholders and customers, analyze product performance, and support releases and adoption.

Serve as technical lead for SaaS onboarding and integrations: design and implement secure, scalable API- and event-driven integration architectures, perform hands-on development (Java/Spring Boot), automate delivery and testing with cloud-native tools, leverage AI-assisted tooling to speed delivery and troubleshooting, support operational tuning and monitoring, and mentor teams while influencing product and process improvements.

Lead a cloud operations engineering team to ensure scalable, secure, highly available cloud infrastructure. Provide technical leadership, troubleshoot Linux systems, author automation and scripts, run RCA, liaise with customers, and improve operational processes.
