Lead a cloud operations engineering team to ensure scalable, secure, highly available cloud infrastructure. Provide technical leadership, troubleshoot Linux systems, author automation and scripts, run RCA, liaise with customers, and improve operational processes.

Lead client engagements for AIOS-driven transformations in regulated banking: own roadmap, measurable business outcomes, governance, adoption, and progressive capability transfer while managing cross-functional teams and executive stakeholder alignment.

Design, build, deploy, and maintain AI-powered enterprise solutions (conversational agents, search, automation) for banking. Develop data pipelines, write testable production code, review/debug, create documentation and runbooks, engage with customers in workshops, and iterate post-launch to ensure adoption and operational success.

Prepare, structure, govern, and maintain knowledge assets for AI agents. Perform content cleanup, metadata tagging, taxonomy management, research, documentation, and governance to ensure compliant, auditable, and production-ready knowledge for regulated banking engagements.

Create, maintain, and evolve comprehensive documentation for Zafin's AIOS platform and AI agent solutions. Translate complex AI/ML and banking workflows into clear guides, API and operational docs, release notes, and multimedia training. Conduct technical interviews and research, manage version-controlled repositories, work in Agile teams, and ensure compliance. Senior responsibilities include setting documentation standards, owning content architecture, and mentoring junior writers.

Perform functional, regression, and integration testing of banking backend applications. Validate backend data processing, file workflows, and APIs using Postman and SQL. Design and execute test cases, log defects in Jira, collaborate with developers and analysts, and contribute to QA best practices and continuous improvement.

Lead enterprise strategy, governance, and adoption for Zafin's AIOS platform across clients and internal teams. Chair governance, advise executives, set maturity roadmaps, ensure reusable agent and platform capability, and drive transfer to client-owned AI engineering.

Lead platform-wide architecture for Zafin's AI Operating System, define standards for agents, RAG, orchestration, integration, security, and governance; review squad architectures; create reusable reference architectures; mentor architects and engineers; advise executive stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant AI implementations across client engagements.

Lead a shared AI operations function delivering agent configuration, evaluation, and knowledge support to client-facing squads. Manage capacity, demand forecasting, workload planning, service standards, and operational metrics. Drive adoption of shared AI assets, resolve cross-team dependencies, and continuously improve service quality. Coach and develop team members, establish intake/prioritization/escalation processes, and ensure reliable, scalable delivery of AI-enabled solutions across multiple client engagements.

Design, build, and maintain scalable batch and real-time data pipelines; model and optimize data warehouses; manage platforms (Spark, Snowflake, Kafka, Airflow, Kubernetes); implement data quality, observability, governance, and security; optimize performance and costs; and develop CI/CD and automation for data workflows.

Build and optimize local development environments using Cobra CLI and Kind. Serve as technical lead for SaaS onboarding and integrations: design and implement secure, scalable API- and event-driven integration architectures, perform hands-on development (Java/Spring Boot), automate delivery and testing with cloud-native tools, leverage AI-assisted tooling to speed delivery and troubleshooting, support operational tuning and monitoring, and mentor teams while influencing product and process improvements.
