Leads discovery workshops, requirements analysis, fit-gap assessments, functional design, configuration, testing, demonstrations, training, and knowledge transfer. Collaborates with Product Management, Engineering, and implementation teams throughout Agile delivery, manages functional risks, builds customer relationships, and mentors junior consultants.

Own end-to-end solution architecture for banking and financial-services implementations. Translate business and technical requirements into scalable designs, integration and data flows, implementation plans, and governance documentation. Lead client discovery, architecture reviews, fit-gap analysis, and non-functional requirements definition. Guide delivery through migration, testing, deployment, production readiness, and handover while advising stakeholders, resolving cross-workstream issues, influencing product roadmaps, and mentoring architects and technical delivery teams.

Lead functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing for complex banking applications. Validate databases, APIs, batch workflows, event-driven systems, ETL pipelines, integrations, and data transformations. Create comprehensive test documentation, develop automated tests, analyze defects, manage testing risks, and communicate release quality. Collaborate with engineering and product teams, improve QA processes, and mentor junior QA engineers.

Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, troubleshoot, and support Zafin SaaS solutions for financial institutions. Translate business and banking requirements into technical designs, integrations, APIs, workflows, data mappings, and implementation plans. Lead technical workstreams, client workshops, testing, defect resolution, deployment readiness, and production support. Provide technical direction, mentor junior consultants, manage delivery risks, and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, auditable, maintainable, and operationally ready.

Lead design and delivery of production-grade Android agent solutions: implement agent workflows, integrations, and human-in-the-loop controls; set squad engineering standards; mentor engineers; drive testing, CI/CD, observability, and reliable deployments; collaborate with architects, strategists, and managers to align implementations with business and regulatory requirements.

Perform functional, regression, and integration testing of banking backend applications. Validate backend data processing, file workflows, and APIs using Postman and SQL. Design and execute test cases, log defects in Jira, collaborate with developers and analysts, and contribute to QA best practices and continuous improvement.

Define banking business rules, policies, and exception logic for AI agents; redesign human+AI workflows; lead discovery workshops; translate domain intent into operational logic; validate agent behavior with stakeholders; quantify automation opportunities and support UAT and implementation readiness.

Lead platform-wide architecture for Zafin's AI Operating System, define standards for agents, RAG, orchestration, integration, security, and governance; review squad architectures; create reusable reference architectures; mentor architects and engineers; advise executive stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant AI implementations across client engagements.

Lead a shared AI operations function delivering agent configuration, evaluation, and knowledge support to client-facing squads. Manage capacity, demand forecasting, workload planning, service standards, and operational metrics. Drive adoption of shared AI assets, resolve cross-team dependencies, and continuously improve service quality. Coach and develop team members, establish intake/prioritization/escalation processes, and ensure reliable, scalable delivery of AI-enabled solutions across multiple client engagements.

Prepare, structure, govern, and maintain knowledge assets for AI agents. Perform content cleanup, metadata tagging, taxonomy management, research, documentation, and governance to ensure compliant, auditable, and production-ready knowledge for regulated banking engagements.

Drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution for platform capabilities. Translate customer and business needs into requirements, manage backlog, write user stories, collaborate with engineering, engage stakeholders and customers, analyze product performance, and support releases and adoption.
