Position Title: HRBP, North America 

Department:  Human Resources 

Entity: CS e-Storage  

Position that Reports To: Global HR Manager  

Location: Texas (remote) or Kitchener (office based) 

 

About the Role 

We are seeking a hands-on HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our fast-growing e-Storage business across North America. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys balancing strategic partnership with day-to-day execution. 

 

You’ll act as a trusted advisor to business leaders while also rolling up your sleeves to deliver core HR processes, ensuring operational excellence and a strong employee experience. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Strategic Partnership 

  • Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives 

  • Support organisational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy 

  • Coach leaders on performance management, engagement, and team effectiveness 

  • Drive change management initiatives in a high-growth environment 

Hands-On HR Delivery 

  • Execute core HR processes including onboarding, performance cycles, and offboarding 

  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes 

  • Support compensation and promotion processes  

  • Maintain strong operational discipline across HR activities 

Systems & Data (Workday) 

  • Leverage Workday for HR transactions, reporting, and analytics 

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems 

  • Use insights to inform decision-making and improve business outcomes 

Recruitment and Retention 

  • Partner with Recruitment to support hiring needs 

  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives 

  • Champion company culture and values across the e-Storage business 

 

Qualifications & Experience 

  • Proven experience as anHR Business Partnerin a fast-paced, high-growth environment 

  • Strong working knowledge ofWorkday(transactions, reporting, data management) 

  • Demonstrated ability to operate bothstrategically and tactically 

  • Experience supporting technical, industrial, or energy-related businesses is a plus 

  • Solid understanding of North American employment practices and legislation 

  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels
