Performs RMS and EMT simulations, grid interconnection studies, model benchmarking, field-data validation, and regulatory analysis. Collaborates with OEMs, consultants, engineering, product, and customer teams to support digital twins, grid integration, and system performance optimization. Builds Python automation tools and may support HIL/SIL testing, with occasional customer and field travel.

Own certification, compliance, and grid-code strategy for inverter, PCS, and BESS products. Lead certification roadmaps, standards interpretation, lab and NRTL coordination, testing, technical documentation, traceability, risk management, corrective actions, and approval milestones. Partner with firmware, controls, hardware, validation, quality, manufacturing, suppliers, customers, and regulatory stakeholders to bring utility-scale energy technologies to market.

Supports the CEO and other leaders through calendar and priority management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, inbox support, document and presentation preparation, agenda development, follow-up tracking, and event planning. The role also improves executive workflows, communication processes, and meeting rhythms while serving as a professional contact for stakeholders and handling sensitive information discreetly.

Coordinates utility-scale battery energy storage projects across Ontario. Responsibilities include maintaining project plans, schedules, milestones, documentation, procurement activities, subcontractor requirements, customer deliverables, contractual obligations, and stakeholder communications. The role tracks critical-path activities, reviews submissions for compliance, supports contract administration and change management, coordinates vendors and subcontractors, and develops project trackers and reporting processes.

Supports procurement and logistics planning for global utility-scale battery energy storage projects. Develops delivery schedules, evaluates transportation and logistics options, coordinates competitive RFQs, compares supplier bids, assesses project risks, and supports logistics agreements, statements of work, amendments, and work orders. Collaborates with Procurement, Logistics, Project Execution, Legal, Finance, and international stakeholders to ensure competitive, contractually aligned, and executable delivery plans.

The Senior Control Engineer designs and maintains Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test environments for validating power conversion systems, ensuring compliance and performance through real-time simulations and automated testing.

Support the Technical Solutions Manager by maintaining product development trackers, managing documentation/version control, coordinating market requirement intake, standardizing reporting, and improving processes to ensure timely product certification and stakeholder communication for BESS solutions.

Lead RFP and competitive bid processes globally, negotiate customer and subcontractor contracts, perform bid analysis and cost modeling, support strategic procurement and supply-chain intelligence, maintain contract documents, and provide contract support during project execution to optimize commercial outcomes for utility-scale BESS projects.

The Procurement Coordinator manages procurement activities, RFP/RFQ creation, vendor selection, contracts management, and maintains procurement databases to support energy storage projects.

As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will lead the development and execution of testing strategies for the EMS system, focusing on automated testing and validation of user interactions and system behavior, ensuring quality and performance of software releases.

Support finance by processing and verifying vendor invoices, preparing customer/project billing, reconciling monthly project WIP, assisting revenue recognition and month-end close, coordinating Concur expense processing, supporting SOX compliance, audits, tax filings, and providing financial analysis and reporting.

Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis, and financial modelling.
