Support the Technical Solutions Manager by maintaining product development trackers, managing documentation/version control, coordinating market requirement intake, standardizing reporting, and improving processes to ensure timely product certification and stakeholder communication for BESS solutions.

Lead RFP and competitive bid processes globally, negotiate customer and subcontractor contracts, perform bid analysis and cost modeling, support strategic procurement and supply-chain intelligence, maintain contract documents, and provide contract support during project execution to optimize commercial outcomes for utility-scale BESS projects.

The Procurement Coordinator manages procurement activities, RFP/RFQ creation, vendor selection, contracts management, and maintains procurement databases to support energy storage projects.
