Job Description

The position is to be filled at one of our locations or remotely troughout Germany.

As an HR Transformation Advisor, you will be part of our global acting Business Development Team. Be part of shaping the future of HR strategies, processes, and technologies with our clients. With your expertise, you will guide organizations on their HR transformation journey, ensuring they achieve their strategic goals and maximize ROI.

  • Create comprehensive roadmaps for HR transformation.
  • Design HR-IT system architectures tailored to client needs following our SAP product strategy.
  • Define functional specifications that align with business goals.
  • Optimize HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build compelling business cases and perform ROI calculations.
  • Conduct readiness assessments to ensure successful transformation.
  • Integrate Artificial Intelligence into HR processes to drive innovation.
  • Drive change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to maintain alignment and support.
  • Conduct project reviews and health checks to ensure ongoing success.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR transformation, preferably within the SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Expertise in HR process optimization and technology integration.
  • Expertise in HR-IT License and Metric Models.
