REV Capital is looking for a HR specialist/recruiter to join our growing team! The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for financial and general positions within our organization and HR projects and processes.

About You:
The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter, has exceptional communication skills and an outgoing personality.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Source, identify, and attract candidates for various financial roles, including but not limited to business analysts, portfolio managers, and underwriters.
- Utilize various recruiting methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with onboarding documentation and first day
2. HR Projects and Reporting
- Assist with various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Prepare reports and analyses related to HR metrics and performance.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
Qualifications:
- You have 2+ years of recruitment
- Experience being a site admin in an ATS (greenhouse or lever)
- You have working knowledge of an HRIS (human resource information system)
- You have worked in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work on multiple projects
- Experience in a variety of job boards
- You are confident and an excellent communicator
- Strong relationship building skills
