As a strategic partner supporting all of Huawei Canada, the Human Resource Department plays a pivotal role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while ensuring compliance with corporate and legal standards. By prioritizing employee well-being and professional growth, this department cultivates a culture of collaboration and success. The Human Resource Department is committed to aligning workforce strategies with Huawei’s vision, driving sustainable growth and organizational effectiveness.

About the job:

  • Support the company in identifying excellent talent and promoting development, institutionalize talent emergence, and help the value of excellent talent to be brought into full play.

  • Be able to design, develop, and deliver low-difficult learning solutions, identify business pain points and capability improvement requirements, sort out content, develop online and offline learning materials, organize delivery, and guide learning.

  • Independently analyze data, carry out enablement delivery planning, course development management, training implementation management, and technical climate building, identify and improve issues, and improve organizational capabilities.

  • Based on talent management policies, focus on the direction, and business needs of the region, conduct internal and external topic insights to improve the policy execution effect or provide input for policy optimization.

The total target annual compensation (based on 2080 hours per year) ranges from $48,000 to $94,000 depending on education, experience and demonstrated expertise.

About the ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of HR experience, with a focus in COOP management and career fair management.

  • Exposure to university hiring and collaboration with co-op programs.

  • Effective communication and collaboration contribute to the achievement of departmental goals.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
