Own MedMe’s largest Canadian enterprise and partnership accounts, driving retention, adoption, account growth, and lower-level upsells. Serve as the senior point of contact for major national relationships, build account plans and QBR cadences, manage executive relationships, and partner with Product, Customer Success, and Support to resolve escalations. The role transitions day-to-day account ownership from the founders and requires strong enterprise relationship management in a hybrid Toronto-based environment.

The Opportunity

MedMe's largest Canadian relationships, the country's biggest pharmacy chains, banner networks, and association partnerships, currently sit with the founders. That's not scalable as those accounts and partnerships grow in number and complexity.

We're hiring a Head of Strategic Accounts, Canada as the senior owner of all of MedMe's existing Canadian enterprise and partnership accounts. This is explicitly a senior seat, not a junior one, the mandate is retention, adoption, and taking day-to-day account management off the founders' plates for good.

About MedMe Health

At MedMe, we are passionate about empowering pharmacists to provide services beyond just prescribing. Our mission is to build an all-in-one cloud-based platform that enables pharmacists to schedule, document, and manage clinical services at scale. With over 4,500 pharmacies using our software, we've facilitated more than 25 million patient services, transforming pharmacies into community health hubs across North America.

What You'll Do
  • Own the full relationship for MedMe's largest existing Canadian enterprise and partnership accounts

  • Drive retention and adoption across those accounts

  • Identify and close lower-level upsell within existing product lines (new product launches are owned by the Enterprise, Partnerships & Expansion AE)

  • Serve as the senior, founder-level point of contact for MedMe's most important Canadian relationships

  • Build account plans and QBR cadences for top accounts

  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, CS, and Support to resolve account-level escalations

About You
  • Senior account management or enterprise customer success experience, ideally owning large, complex, multi-stakeholder accounts

  • Comfortable operating at a senior/executive level with major national accounts

  • A track record of driving retention and adoption in existing accounts, not just closing new logos

  • Strong relationship-management and executive-presence skills

  • Bonus: experience in pharmacy, health tech, or another regulated, relationship-driven B2B industry

Success in This Role Looks Like
  • 30 days: You're ramped on MedMe's largest Canadian accounts and the current relationship status with each.

  • 60 days: You're independently running the relationship for MedMe's top accounts, with the founders stepping back.

  • 90 days: Account plans and QBR cadences are in place for all major accounts, with at least one upsell or adoption win.

  • Long-term: Retention and adoption are fully owned at a senior level across MedMe's national account base, with founders no longer needed for day-to-day account management.
