The GALE Development Program is a hands-on program that will set you upon the path of a career in media applications. Candidates will be exposed to paid media channels (programmatic, paid social, and search engine marketing [SEM]), through a series of modules, virtual training sessions, and certifications. This program will start on June 3rd, 2025.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE:
During your first three months, you will learn the fundamentals of programmatic, paid social, and SEM.Upon completion of the learning phase, you will be paired with a mentor and placed into a client team for the remainder of the year to hone your skills in one (or more) of the channel teams (programmatic, paid social, SEM).At the end of the Development Program, you will pursue an Associate position in the Paid Media domain.
What you will be doing
- First 3 months - Learning
- Learn the principles and basics of programmatic, paid social, and SEM, over a series of self-instructional modules, embedded within the GALE media teams.
- Earn certifications that solidify your knowledge of media best practices and strategies.
- Understand how media channels operate in a truly integrated fashion across offerings and activations.
- Gain comfortability with media math and insights.
- Demonstrate your ability to collaborate, use existing resources, and integrate what you’ve learned in a Capstone Project.
- Final 9 months - Mentorship
- Build your knowledge and skills across media channels, insights data, marketing and account management.
- Share your learnings and insights within your cohort and across domains.
- Create reports and identify trends and insights through data analysis.
- Manage daily spend in line with targets and monthly budgets.
- Assist in campaign builds, keyword development, ad copy creation, selection of landing pages and bulksheet management.
- Set up campaigns accurately in different systems, ensuring ad tags and creative are loaded correctly into the systems. If appropriate, make sure the creatives are approved before the campaign launch date..
