As a leader in travel and expense solutions, we are creating a future where technology drives business value and inspires extraordinary results. Our AI-powered platform helps organizations modernize financial operations, increase visibility, and optimize spend across the enterprise.

Summary/Objective

The Director of Product Operations & Analytics is the architect of how the product strategy and business impact are intertwined. Driving operational excellence, this leader establishes the systems, insights, and monetization discipline that power durable growth across the product portfolio.

Operating at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Revenue Operations, Business Systems, Finance, and Product Marketing, this role ensures that every roadmap decision, product launch, and pricing evolution is grounded in data and tied to revenue outcomes. The Director builds a unified operating and analytics framework that connects product usage, customer value, and commercial performance into a single source of truth.

Beyond execution, this leader shapes how the organization thinks about product success — elevating the maturity of measurement, enabling evidence-based prioritization, and embedding pricing and packaging strategy into the core product lifecycle.
