Position Overview: The Digital Marketing Specialist (CRO Focus) will be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital marketing efforts across various platforms. This role will involve driving CRO initiatives to increase conversion rates, handling webpage content in our CMS platform Dato, managing Drift (our live chat platform), overseeing Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 dashboards to enhance user experience and seek for marketing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

  •  Develop and execute CRO strategies to improve website performance in qualified leads generation.
  • Conduct A/B testing, qualified user journey analysis, and data-driven experiment to increase conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the design and development teams to implement changes based on CRO findings and improvement.

Webpage Content Management:

  • Manage and update webpage contents using the CMS platform Dato.
  • Ensure all contents is optimized for user engagement and SEO standards.

Live Chat Platform Management:

  • Oversee and manage Drift, live chat platform to improvement the qualified leads outcomes.
  • Implement chat strategies to enhance user engagement and support lead generation.

Google Tag Manager & Analytics:

  • Manage Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate tracking of marketing campaigns and user behavior.
  • Build and maintain Google Analytics 4 dashboards to provide actionable insights.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance metrics to drive data-driven decisions.

SEO Support:

  • Support SEO projects and initiatives by aiding in webpage contents.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on CRO strategies in content management, analytics and SEO support.

• Proficiency in CMS platforms (Dato preferred), Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Drift.

• Strong understanding of CRO methodologies and content management.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and project management skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with A/B testing tools and techniques.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.• Familiarity with additional marketing tools and platforms.
