Job Description- Assist in conceptualizing and developing various marketing tactics, including collateral, advertising, print, email marketing, video, and social media
- Plan and coordinate special events, conferences, and sponsorships
- Familiarity with WordPress and able to make website updates
- Research and gather information from external and internal sources to fulfill writing tasks
- Develop communication materials
- Collaborate with marketing and other team members to support brand initiatives
- Support sales in the preparation and delivery of presentations, business proposals, and other marketing initiatives as required
- Prepare reports and analytics to evaluate campaigns to meet objectives
- Coordinate with vendors, including agencies, publications, printers, and suppliers
- This is a Maternity Leave Contract Starting October 5, 2026 and ending March 2028.
- Degree in communications, marketing, or business
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and communications
- Strong writing skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Dependable, reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Flexible and able to work with individuals of all levels in the organization to meet goals
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Strong computer proficiency (demonstrated experience in Google Suite)
- Adobe Creative Suite and Canva proficiency are an asset
- Transportation industry experience is an asset
