Manages and grows a freight transportation customer portfolio across an assigned territory. Responsibilities include prospecting, consultative selling, telemarketing, customer follow-up, rate negotiations, CRM maintenance, sales reporting, and meeting new-business targets. Provides customer and internal support for transportation logistics operations. Responsibilities include monitoring and responding to order inquiries, entering and updating shipment information, scheduling pickup and delivery appointments, tracking shipments, maintaining customer profiles and paperwork in TMW, coordinating issue resolution, managing OS&D details, and applying assessorial charges. The role requires accurate, timely communication and collaboration with dispatch, operations, sales, and rates teams.

Processes and verifies vendor payments and invoices, particularly for safety and maintenance expenses. Manages accounts payable correspondence and gathers information to establish new vendor profiles. This is a full-time, in-office accounting role requiring strong communication and organizational skills, with preferred experience using TruckMate (TMW) and working in the transportation industry.

Support marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels: create collateral, email, social, and video content; manage website updates; coordinate events and vendors; support sales materials; analyze campaign performance and prepare reports to meet objectives.

Lead web and mobile development projects using modern tools and relational databases. Design frameworks, reproduce and resolve issues, enforce unit/integration testing, prepare documentation and deployments, mentor developers, gather requirements, and apply AI across the SDLC.
