Support marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels: create collateral, email, social, and video content; manage website updates; coordinate events and vendors; support sales materials; analyze campaign performance and prepare reports to meet objectives.

Lead web and mobile development projects using modern tools and relational databases. Design frameworks, reproduce and resolve issues, enforce unit/integration testing, prepare documentation and deployments, mentor developers, gather requirements, and apply AI across the SDLC.

Supervise terminal operations, coordinate scheduling, equipment and driver availability, communicate with drivers/customers/dispatch, lead dock staff, and ensure operational and legal compliance.

Manage order entry and customer support for shipments: monitor inbox, schedule pickups/deliveries, track carriers, update TMW systems, handle OS&D and assessorials, and escalate issues to operations or sales.

Perform local pickups and deliveries between Beardmore and Geraldton on a 4-on/4-off schedule, ensuring timely, safe transportation. Maintain required documentation and undergo background checks; TDG, WHMIS, and forklift experience are assets.
