Processes and verifies transportation invoices against spot quotes and tariffs, confirms weights and accessorial charges, investigates billing discrepancies with Dispatch, and updates rate sheets and business systems. The role also monitors shared inboxes, assigns communications, runs zero-rated reports, and maintains accurate records. This is a full-time, onsite position requiring strong attention to detail, mathematical ability, and familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and TruckMate.

Administer and optimize Trimble TruckMate workflows for transportation operations. Translate business requirements into system configurations, develop SQL-based reports using reporting platforms, analyze DB2 data, support IT governance and change management, and provide on-site user support, documentation, and training. Collaborate with dispatch, brokerage, warehousing, and shared IT teams while following ISO 27001 policies and corporate change-control procedures.

Manages and grows a freight transportation customer portfolio across an assigned territory. Responsibilities include prospecting, consultative selling, telemarketing, customer follow-up, rate negotiations, CRM maintenance, sales reporting, and meeting new-business targets. The role also recommends service and sales-process improvements, collaborates with terminal operations, and may involve route ride-alongs, overnight travel, industry conferences, and trade shows.
